Working Woman
I went in for an interview at Kent Library yesterday, hoping that I would get a job in the Periodicals section that I had applied for. I was worried because I wasn't able to get in until yesterday because of band camp. Not only did I get the job, I was already on the schedule, and worked 3.5 hours yesterday training and learning the system. I'm really excited to have a job that I got all by myself even if I'm only make minimum wage. It all means that I won't go bankrupt this year trying to pay for school/apartment stuff.
I went to see my friends' band play last night at a party. They were pretty good except for a crazy symbol that was beaten too hard too often. Also they're speakers were turned up too loud for the small room they were playing so I couldn't hear the lyrics very well. I hadn't seen them play before, and over all I was still impressed that they were very talented, and I would like to get the chance to hear them again in a better setting.
School starts on Monday *shiver*. My first class is organic chemistry. You can probably expect another semester of my going crazy because of it.

hey gratz on the job.
thanks for coming to see us play. hopefully by the next time we play we'll have all of the kinks worked out. But thanks for the props.
school will be another year of terrible teachers and terrible grades for me. i wish better for you.
